I've spent years on both sides — grinding on the range chasing swing perfection, and thousands of hours on the mat learning how the body actually moves.

The breakthrough came when I realized most golfers don't have a swing problem. They have a movement problem. Tight hips that won't rotate. A spine that's locked up. A core that can't stabilize the motion their brain already knows.

So I built a system that fixes the root cause. Not random stretching. Not generic yoga. A structured, daily routine designed specifically for the movements golf demands.

I'm based in Idaho Falls, and I work with golfers from their 30s to their 70s. Whether you play Sand Creek, Pinecrest, or anywhere else — this program meets your body where it is.

Before the Idaho Falls farmers market every Saturday, I lead a free outdoor mobility class on the greenbelt. It's open to everyone — golfers and non-golfers alike.
