What equipment do I need?
Just a mat. Optional props like an ab roller can help, but the routine is designed to work with minimal equipment.
I'm 60+ — is this too intense?
Not at all. Every pose includes modifications for limited mobility. We meet your body where it is and progress from there. Older golfers often see the most dramatic improvements.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most golfers feel better within the first few weeks. By 3 months, you'll see noticeable expansion in your range of motion. By 6 months, the transformation is clear.
Can I switch tiers later?
